JobLeaf, from Blue Star Studio, does not require an account and does not operate a developer server, advertising network or analytics service.
Job details, notes and imported photos are stored locally on your device. Your Apple device-backup settings may include this app's data. Photos selected for reports are resized and re-encoded; the app does not intentionally retain source location metadata. Addresses you enter are included in the report.
Optional in-app English dictation requires microphone and speech permission and requests on-device recognition. If it is unavailable, type your notes instead. Optional Apple Intelligence wording suggestions use the on-device model and require your review before use. No notes or photos are sent to a third-party AI provider by this app. Keyboard dictation is governed by your system settings.
A PDF shared through the system share sheet contains the report information and pictures you chose. The recipient and destination service can access that PDF. Apple processes purchases and provides the app with verified purchase information to enable paid features. We do not receive your card or bank details.
You can delete reports in the app. After a successful save, the app attempts to remove photos that are no longer used by saved reports. On a later launch, after successfully loading your reports, it also attempts to remove leftover imported photos that are not used by any saved report. Device file-access errors can delay removal; a damaged report index is preserved together with its photos for recovery. Opening a PDF preview creates a copy in the app's temporary folder, even if you do not share it. The app attempts to remove the current temporary copy when you close its preview, after any share sheet has closed. An interrupted app session or file-access error may leave a temporary copy until iOS clears it or the app is deleted. Deleting a report does not erase PDFs you have exported, shared or backed up; manage those copies in their destination apps or services. Deleting the app removes its local app data; Apple backups may retain copies under your backup settings.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer and resolve your request. Please avoid sending sensitive report contents unless necessary. Our mailbox is hosted by Proton. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence.
